The cottage is a recently converted barn, retaining original character
and comfortably furnished. This peaceful, scenic location has delightful, panoramic views of rolling countryside, local
vinyards and sunflowers and is therefore an ideal spot for family holidays.
In close proximity to Royan with its beautiful beaches, Saintes famous
for the Roman ampitheatre. The brandy houses of Cognac, Bordeaux and La Palmyre zoo are within easy reach.

The cottage is fully equipped with sky and euro tv, dvd, cot, high
chair and baby bath, baby monitor and buggy available on request.
All rooms have fans and smoke alarms are fitted throughout.
Above ground pool is for sole use of clients (radius:20ft with a constant
depth of 1.35M with security steps.)
Outdoor lighting
Many garden and pool games / toys available, swings, seasaw, sandpit,
basketball net, goal post and baby paddling pool, bike hire.
Barbecue, garden furniture, loungers
The lake is a short woodland walk from the cottage, in a peaceful, secluded area of the grounds. Ideal
for family fishing, small carp and eals have been caught. However, for serious anglers we are 2 minutes away from
Etang Naugue a 10 acre carp and trout fishing lake (largest fish caught so far 40lbs.)
The local area boasts numerous sight-seeing opportunities and activities, including: go karting, horse riding,
mini-golf, pedaloes and waterpark.
